Well, it's clear MyDosty is not the hosting solution for me in that case. I was well below my bandwidth usage, but my basic PHProxy hit the CPU limit with 1gb of traffic a day. Can I close my yearly account and be refunded the cost?

We cant refund you on resource usage, which created problems for other users, but we would cancel your subscription and future contact. There is no hosting company who would allow you the respurce usage even till there. We have 30 day money back guarantee, but only for those who dont break the TOS. And We do handle even large proxies, but on different plans like semi-dedicated. Regards, Dave.

Okay, then keep the money for the one month my account was invalid for your TOS violation. Dock me the $2. You owe me $18 for the remaining 11 months that I did not use your service. I don't see any reason you can keep a year's payment and I'm sure paypal won't either, especially when you said, "We have a 30 daymoney back guarantee, if 30 day's has not passed you canhave complete refund."

you broke the TOS, we can charge an additional penalty for braking TOS and creating a problem for other site's. Are you going to pay for their damage or for the damage of what the customer's felt about our hosting comapny. We are ready for any dispute, it our goodness that we are not penalising you for more damage you did. The server crashed, but luckily the tech operators handled it perfectly. Paypal would itself see that we provide refunds to anyone who ask for it in 30 days, but not you because you broke the TOS. Your account was suspended, it was not a simple closure of service.
